That really does not sound normal. You would be best to see a doctor and get it cultured. Its really hard to say for sure what it is without testing

Most people who smoke are familiar with all the ways to quit smoking these days, and they also know that it's mostly all in their head. However, the physical addiction part is very strong, so don't make a mistake and think it's not. But the psychological aspects of being addicted to nicotine can be just as strong. For this reason, it's necessary to have a support system in place that is comprised of people you love and trust. If you don't have people like that around you, you need to think creatively so that you can provide that support on your own behalf. But do not forget that most states in the US have organizations that exist to provide support for those who are trying to stop smoking.

You will want to plan your quitting phase to a 'T' and make sure you set a solid date to quit. Some people think you should make a huge deal out of it. When you make a big production of it, you will give yourself the extra push you need to stop smoking for good. Setting a specific date to quit is also great because you will have plenty of time to plan your quitting phase exactly. Your doctor will also offer support and might know some other methods that you're not aware of. You need to know that you must surround yourself with all the support you can muster. Every technique you add to the mix, the more likely you are to quit. Make sure you create a good plan, set a date to quit, and then set your plan in motion so that you can start on your journey to quit. If you have just put out your last cigarette, get rid of everything around you that reminds you of your smoking habit. This one technique will help you out so very much. You need to get rid of anything that smells like cigarettes. You also want to lose all the ashtrays and clean as much as possible. Wash all your clothes and anything else that was routinely exposed to the smoke. The moment you quit you will probably want to do that anyhow because you won't be able to stand the smell of cigarettes.

You also want to make any necessary changes to eliminate as many smoke triggers that you had. This process is varied depending on who you are. For example, it's not uncommon for someone to crave cigarettes after drinking coffee or cigarettes. A favorite time to smoke is after eating, as any smoker will tell you. So make sure you don't sit in your favorite chair that you like to smoke in after meals. You must try to do everything imaginable, and that means getting up to go to another chair. Just try to pinpoint all the triggers that caused you to smoke and then avoid them.

Many individuals like the idea of talking to their doctor when they want to quit smoking. If you are overweight and out of shape, talking to your doctor about smoking cessation is a good idea. When you visit your doctor, you can expect him/her to know the various ways to quit smoking and there's also the support system too.
