Why do I get muscle spasms all over my body?
I always get these little muscle flickers, mostly in my stomach and legs. Does anybody know what causes them?

theres a possibility you could be dehydrated, drink lots of water, average intake of water per adult is 8 to 12 glasses a day, see if that works goodluck

This could be a sign of dehydration. Do you have kidney problems? If so then you should drink plenty of water. But just to be on the safe side, you should see a doctor.
