I wouldn't. Personally promethazine knocks me flat, and I take half of a 25 mg tablet. I've taken it with vicodin before and literally passed out. Of course it all depends on your reactions, but again, it's not something I'd advise.

Yeah, just don't take a lot of ibuprofen unless you have a headache. It's not much good for anything else and it's hard on the liver. As far as interactions between the three chemicals, none exist.
