[what should i do]?
i think i have anxiety. i've had the same symptoms for a while now. these symptoms seemed to happen when i started turning into a teen and i was going through changes and stuff [i'm 15 now]. i'm always scared for my health. i always think i'm gonna get cancer, have a stroke, have a heart attack. sometimes, i even think that i'm gonna have like a breakdown or something that will lead to amnesia or something. if i see someone on tv with an illness, i will mistakingly make myself have those symptoms so that i can go to the doctors to see if i have it. i've told my parents about it, and they laugh and tell me that i'm a self diagnoser or i'm overreacting. the littlest things will tick me off, like veins, blood, something happening to someone else, or just sitting in complete silence. sometimes, on bad days, i will be seriously afraid of getting a shower/bath because i'm afraid that something really bad is going to happen to me ie. heart attack, stroke, or panic attack. i'm really frustrated and i don't know what to do. i don't really have time to meditate because i'm so piled up with homework, school, my new puppy, and other things that make me even more stressed. what can i do when i feel an attack coming on...and how can i be more brave in situations like getting in the shower, being in the house by myself, and just doing normal things? also, i know exactly what triggers my attacks. i'll be either thinking too much, worried about my health, or worried about schoolwork.

you cant llive life in fear talk to someone maybe the school councelor maybe they can help you may get your parents involved also. someone told me the definition of fear once F=false E=evidence A=appearing R=real its false evidence appearing real try to get your mind on something more pleasing to you it will be hard but give it a try it works for me

When you learn meditation, you learn to put yourself in a calm, emotionally balanced state of mind. You learn to put out of your mind all those irrational worries and anxieties that make it difficult to get through the next hour much less the whole day. You absolutely need to learn meditation because when these pressures, stresses, and anxieties of the day come up, you will know how to immediately bring your emotions under control, put the worries out of your mind, and focus on whatever task needs to be done. Your hypochondria will lessen and all those minutes you used to spend needlessly worrying will be put to productive use. You will gain time to find what brings you joy in life rather than inflicting suffering upon yourself each day.

if you were really serious then you'd go to a doctor but know the internet knows more ( Take The Hint )
