Can I be a pilot in the airforce if I have pectus excavatum? would it help to have the nuss procedure?

Whether you need correction would really depend on any internal stress the condition is placing on your lungs and heart. If none it would purely be for cosmetic reasons to correct the defect. If there is stress on the lungs and heart it would be in your best interest to correct it. Talk to a recruiter about the possibility of being an air force pilot.
