Am I Becoming Anorexic.. Help ?!?
okay so i took alot of quizzes and i got high for becoming anorexic. I mean i wouldnt want to (somewhat) but i always feel fat, i eat alone, i skip and say i feel sick but then i'll eat alot the next day then again i'll do that, also my hairs getting thinner ( which is kinda a good thing since i hate thick hair) but im still staying the same weight ( im 5'9 and 187lbs i know bad ) and also all i drink is water cuz it helps me feel less hungry and i walk and walk , and half the time i feel depressed and irritable and my period is way off.. any idea and how can i lose weight really fast without doing this ?

Skipping meals will only slow yr metabolism, the depression could also be due to not eating properly also, we all need food for body fuel. Water is great but you need food too, your body will be out of balance without healthy food. You sound like you are developing a potential problem, have you thought about talking to yr doctor, counsellor or a dietician? They can advise you also. Talking can help you unload and clear your mind, it's no good keeping yr worries to yrself, they will only get worse. A good freind of mine recently recovered from anorexia/bulimia, I saw what she went through, it was so hard to watch her in pain, please talk to someone. Not eating isn't good

If you truly want to lose weight, you will not do this to yourself. Don't eat a lot in a day, then feel sick since you're full, and then skip meals to try to make up for the amount you've eaten- this does you no good, and will only cause you to put on more weight since you constantly binge on food after not being able to take it anymore. I am afraid you are anorexic... or developing a serious eating disorder. Don't isolate yourself from your family during meals, and don't keep walking if you honestly despise it, but feel it's a need and obsession.

Eat healthily 1,200-1,500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water or more with 30 minutes of exercise a day and that should get you to your ideal weight,there's no point in being anorexic that will get you no where it will just make you more depressed.

While you may not be considered anorexic, you most certainly have some form of eating disorder / distorted body image. What you need to do is visit you primary care physician, and tell them exactly how you are feeling / what is happening to you physically. He/She is the best person to get you on the right track with a mental health professional. They can also set up a health plan with you to help you shed pounds, and feel better about yourself. It is not healthy to lose weight very fast, and many crash diets are just that...they are unhealthy and usually dangerous / harmful to your body. Do yourself a favor and get REAL help before this turns into a problem you cannot fix.
