move food items, specifically away from the baby room. avoid eating anything in the babies room and it is a good idea to shift your dining room away from the baby's room. Also move the dustbins away from babies. A fly trasher is not a good idea as the new born can be disturbed by the sound of the fly trasher. Use a sanitizer to clean the floor and furniture in the baby's room i don't think it is necessary to go to the doctor as long as the baby doesn't show any symptoms that needs a treatment. Good Pediatrition won't prescribe a medicine to a 1 month old if there are no symptoms..... I am a dad of 7 months old and have had all these question in quest of trying to give the best to my little one

Relax. You are just a new parent. The risk from flies has to do with them landing on your food, primarily. That's not usually a problem for a one month old. If you can't keep the flies out of the room, then simply get a mosquito net to lay over the crib. Try to figure out where the flies come in the house at, and attend to that as well. But as far as the rest, relax. You're a new parent, and everything in the world is going to look dangerous and risky now. Just wait until he/she crawls.

You are probably worrying too much. What you should do is find out where the flies are coming from. Do you have a diaper pail in the babies room or leave bottles in the room? Are any window screens torn or have holes in them? If you have a fan in the room that may discourage the flies from staying.
