How do you know if the Nits & lice are gone from your hair?
I'm having a little difficulty with my daughters hair. Last night she came home from school with A tiny black looking bug in her hair. Later that night i picked out 14 other live bugs. I Immediately told my husband to get her some RIV. He went to our local pharmacy and when he came home i started washing her hair with the RIV shampoo. I came to notice these oddly looking brown dots. I panicked wondering what they are. Are they nits? If so I'm having a hard time getting them out. I put the special gel in her hair, and i started picking the live bugs out. I know this is Lice but i want to make sure these are nits and not A sign of any other harmful thing. Please give me some ideas that i can use on her. Your regards,
BUT HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THEY'RE OUT?
They are nits and they have to be all gotten out.
It is hard getting them out.The shampoo should have came
with a comb use that to get them out.You will not get rid of them unless
you take all the bed covers and wash them in hot water and dry them in a hot dryer.
Things that can not be washed needs to be sprayed with lice spray.
When you don't see them any more.It may take a few times looking thru her hair. Also
make sure you reshampoo her hair when the directions tell you to.I know it is a lot of work and a pain in the butt.
