Why does my heart always feel like it's pounding?
I'm 19, 5'4 and about 105 lbs. Lately I've been having trouble sleeping because no matter what position I get into I can feel my heart pounding and it keeps me awake. It's not beating particularly fast and I'm not having pain, but it constantly pounds and I can't relax. I don't drink caffeine before bed so I don't think that's the problem, but what else could it be?
