In E.C.G. P waves,QRS complex and T waves are +ve in most leads.A negative wave indicates ischemia. After exercise blood supply to the ischemic part is restored and _ve wave becomes +ve.This constitutes a confirmation of ischemia but also means it is reversible with exercise .One can make this permanent by exercising and weight reduction.Your prognosis is good.
