What does it mean when you have T-wave Inversion?
Recently had a nuclear stress test and report stated I had T wave inversion L3, AVF. Can anybody give me general info on what this might mean?

heart girl and proud of it
Whoever said you had a heart attack is wrong! I had T-wave inversion on one of my EKGs. It could be a sign of Long QT Syndrome, but isn't always. I had it because my heart was still healing from open-heart surgery. I think you should ask your dr. about Long QT Syndrome.

If you had a nuclear stress test then the images and the report from the images will be more accurate than the T-wave inversions. T-wave inversions can be chronic or they can be a sign of serious heart disease. The stress images however will answer that question for you.

If you are not on heart medication, you have likely had a heart attack. http://www.gpnotebook.co.uk/cache/-409337842.htm
