this can be normal as she may only have had a mild stroke it is not uncommon for people to have mild strokes and get all the movements back but im so pleased it was only a mild one she as done very well at her young age to recovery people that are older than your mum don't normally survive to gain any improvement i have a son-in law that is 64 hes had a stroke 2yrs ago and paralyzed completely from head to foot he asent spoke since he had it its awful to see him can't move a muscle we have to be thankful of small Mercy's she as survived im so pleased for her but you as well everything is a bonus if its in your favor and this is you can't talk about her now without her hearing you lol but it is not uncommon for her anything is possible its certainly worked out for the best hope she never as another one there are different types of strokes lucky it was not the serious one like my son in law they must have caught the blood clot in time and were it went to hope this helped you tell her to take care
