I have high blood pressure.. what do I do?
I have never had high blood pressure a day in my life; til I woke up this morning. the highest it got was 140 over 103. It is not so much of the high numbers that has me worried. It is what else is going on with me such as: Numbness in hands, feet and face, shortness of breath, Sleepiness, dizziness (when I stand or walk), ringing in the ears and I have even passed out today. I have tried eating, working out, vitamins, and even took my mothers blood pressure medication ( Which did not help out very long ). I am 23 do no drugs or drink and am not overweight. I thought about going to the hospital but my boyfriend said I sounded fine and mother said I was over reacting and would be fine..........although I do not feel fine. I would really like to know if what I am feeling is normal or I need to see a Dr. I have no insurance, so I figured it was worth a shot to ask before receiving an unnecessary medical bill. Please serious answers only and no vile language. Thank you

Medical Discount Plan ideal for those who cannot afford or qualify for traditional health insurance. The companies offer discounted health services for a quite low monthly fee. Benefits include a range of discounts for doctors, hospitals, dental, vision, prescriptions, vitamins, as well as other health services. Individual & Family Health Plans This is a major health insurance plan for individuals and families. If you are looking for comprehensive long term health insurance coverage for yourself and/or your family members who are 62 years old or younger - this is the plan to choose. Short Term Medical Plans This plan is ideal for individuals in transition. Maybe you have just graduated from college and are no longer covered under your student health insurance or you moved out on your own, and you're no longer covered under your parents' medical insurance plan. Or perhaps you're employed part-time, going to school, leaving home for the first time, or even retiring early. Maybe you've found a new job, but your new employer's group health insurance plan won't kick in until you've been with months. YOu are not the only person who have ever met this kind of problem,I met this type of problem before.I have good experience here    www.HealthInsuranceFree.info    to solve the problem.

You must seek medical attention. 140/103 is becoming dangerously high. There are medications and other treatments which can control it. High BP is a killer. Don't waste any time hoping it will go away! A medical bill is less important than your life. I had a very similar experience and now have my BP under control, but not without help. Please take care of yourself--see a doctor before there is some irreparable damage.
