Feels like someone squeezes my heart?
At random, I will just be walking or sitting and it will feel like someone is squeezing my heart. It almost shocks me, because it doesn't hurt it's just more so surprising. It's almost like I can feel my heart squeezing. Yes I know that it's suppose to do that, but am I suppose to be able to feel it actually doing it? like..It's trying to push or something.

Also, I have never been diagnosed with this, but I think I may have an irregular rhythm because I can tell that my heart has skipped a beat. It also gets a lot faster and a lot slower when I breathe in/breathe out.

Don't listen to the other people... Be proactive about your health and well-being. Your heart can be doing one of two things...
If there is not enough blood getting to feed such an active heart, it is because of either your heart's plumming or it's electricity.
If it's the plumming (which will typically feel like an elephant sitting on your chest) than you need to see a cardiologist because typically there is a build-up blocking your arteries from getting enough blood pushed through, or there or not enough pressure pushing your blood through the arteries.
If it's the electricity (which will more likely cause you to pass out and/or die) than your heart will mis-fire (like a malfunctioning spark plug) and your heart will not beat efficiently. You can decipher between these two problems by getting the following two tests done...
An echo-cardiogram, heart catherterization, and transesophogeal echocardiogram (T.E.E.) will tell more about efficiency and blockages.
A Holter monitor, event monitor, and electrophysiology study (E.P. Study) will tell you if you are susceptible to abnormal rhythms.
Go see a Cardiologist and let them do their tests. If they refer you to an E.P. than let them do their tests and confer.

See your doctor. Have your BP taken. Get a checkup.
