Red spot due to mosquito bite?
So i'm pretty sure i got a mosquito bite or spider bite or something.
it looked like a regular mosquito bite
but it was itchy like usual and i kept scratching it pretty badly.
Anyways, now its like a big red splotch! it isn't swollen or a bump or anything. Its just a flat red spot, it kinda looks like a red birthmark. idk what it is. i just want it to go away!
If you keep scratching at it then it will get irritated. Put some hydrocortisone anti-itch cream on it and you should be good to go.
But if it isn't looking better in a few days or the red spot continues spreading you may need to have a professional look at it. It is 99.9 percent certainly a mosquito or harmless bug bite though so don't worry about it.

Just give it some time and dont worry too much. maybe put some healing cream on it. If its not swollen and it doesn't hurt, then its just a little bite that wont do much. If it swells a lot, hurts, and spreads, you should probably call the doctor.
but you should be just fine in a few days
