The best things you can do to stay healthy and be fit is to be careful what you put into your body (you really *are* what you eat!) and to be active. Choose natural, non-processed foods. Get a good balance of good carbs (fruits and veggies, whole grains - NOT starchies like rice, potatoes, pasta, bread) and lean proteins. Do something active every day, even if it's just a 20 minute walk. And don't forget to drink 8 - 10 glasses of water EVERY day.
