Anywhere from 95.9lbs up to 110lbs is good but you shouldn't worry about your weight!!!! and for pant sizes I would have you measured just to be sure!!!!

Well I weigh somewhere between 95 and 100 pounds and i'm 5 foot 1. I wear maybe a size 1 or 3. Sizes are 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, etc. (Size 0 is pretty small.) My grandma says the taller you get the slimmer you get too.

It really depends on your frame. Some small framed people are healthy at 110, but large framed people tend to be in the as high as the 130s. To figure out what frame you are, wrap your thumb and middle finger around your opposite wrist. If they're apart, you have a large frame. If they're touching you have a medium. And if they can overlap, you have a small frame.
As for pant size, everyone wants to fit into a size zero, but for some people that would mean their hip bones would stick out. A size zero usually means a 23-24" waist, though in some stores this would be a size four. A size four or six would be a good pant size to aim for. It would still be low on the spectrum, but you would be slender instead of skinny.
To give you an idea of what dimensions are "model" skinny, Naomi Campbell has stated that she her waist is about 23", her hips are 34", and her ribs are 32". So unless you want to be a model, I wouldn't worry about being a size zero.
Keep in mind that having fat on your butt or thighs is not associated with bad health as much as carrying weight in your gut.

According to the BMI calculator, you should weigh between 106-143 pounds for your height. However, keep in mind that the BMI can "overestimate body fat in athletes and others who have a muscular build," so if you have a lot of muscle (and therefore weigh more) it may not necessarily mean you are overweight. The best thing to do is consult your doctor, because every person is different and the right weight for you may be the wrong weight for someone else. My dad's BMI indicates that he is "overweight," but he runs 4 miles a day and eats all organic food, and his doctor says he's healthy - so you see how it doesn't quite match up.

And as for your pant size - whatever fits you providing you're at a healthy weight.

Healthy weight could be anywhere between 110-140 lbs. Pant sizes vary depending on bone structure and pant style/ maker so that one you would have to try on different styles to find which one works best for you.
