What is the best time to go to the gym?
Im soon to be 14 and soon will be getting a membership to a 24 hour gym. I have tried workin out @ home but it never works + i dont have the proper materials. I have trouble finding time to workout, but it is very important that i do. So keep in mind i come home about 4:00 (after school) depending on how much hw i have it can take up to 3 hours @ times chores r maxium 30. Well thats basically it. My mom is okay with me going @ anytime as long as i get my rest and still do well in school. Do you have any idea what the best time to workout is?? Or just any suggestions. (i would like to be able to workout @ at certain time for @ least 2 hours 4-5 days a week.)

the earlier the better :) im fat and i even no that :) good luck XD XD XD

It's really a matter of personal preference. I know people who like to train early. In the gym about half 6 till half 8 then work a 9-5 job. I've tried this but I always feel a bit lethargic and don't get the most out of my workouts. I prefer to train 9pm till 11pm because I feel like I have more energy around this time. Just depends on your body clock.

U can go whenever u want @ the moment i go 69 times a day @ the moment. I try to @tend @ least two times an hour @ the moment. the gym is where its @ little bro. but it depends where your gym is @ and which @ tributes they can offer. but the important thing is that you dont get too @tached to your gym and then stop @tending school. th@ would be very silly of you. but bro, when you go, make sure you work out those upper l@s. thats the problem for me. i guess what im trying to say is, keep @tending gym so you dont get f@, but at the same time, you have to @tend school, because th@ is where its @.

oh and by the way, the c@ s@ on the m@.
