How to force a bowel movement.?
So im not really worried about my bowel movements but I cant remembered the last time I used the bathroom. Anyways I wanna know a good way to cleanse before MEPS I go tomorrow and I wanna lose a few pounds without using laxatives. So hints on how to make a bowel movement happen would be nice thank you.
Whole physllium husks in lots of juice or water, and drink plenty of fluids

Hot tea. Squeeze half a lemon into it with half a teaspoon honey. That usually does it for me. OR ACTIVIA. That stuff actually works. It regulates your digestive system. Or if you want something fast, try cenapod. It cleanses your system completely. I grew up drinking that; my mom would have it imported from my country so I'm not too sure where you can find it here.
