God is helpful in difficulties
eating okra or sweatmeat would effect blood sugar?
soaking two raw okra in some water for couple of hours and taking it with the juice in the morning could bring the blood sugar low in diabetic patient

If that was ALL you ate, all day, then I;d say that you might be right. But okra is NOT some kind of "magic food", and if you do not change the REST of your diet, then NO -- okra alone will NOT bring down your blood sugar. To bring down your blood sugar naturally you need STRICT control over your diet (low carbs, low fats, high fibers), get more exercise (walk at least two miles a day), and bring you weight into the "normal" range as recommended by your doctor.
