How much potassium cancels out sodium?
I eat around 2500-2800mg of sodium a day. Its above the recommended amount but I eat a banana and 2 clementines everyday. I eat potatoes about 1-2 times a week. Would this be enough potassium to cancel some sodium out? Anyone know how many mg I cancel out with those foods?

Typically equal amounts would be desirable. Don't get your potassium through supplements though, get it through real food. That's the only way to maximize and ensure its absorption. Nutrients don't work in isolation, they need and use other nutrients to work effectively. Potassium works with calcium and magnesium for instance. But again, a mineral supplement doesn't cut it, eat high potassium foods.
