Personally, when I coughed up a small amount of blood, I later noticed some pain in my lower rib....
I had a blood clot in my lung, nothing to mess with.
You didn`t say anything about pain, but something might be brewing.

Well anytime you throw up blood I do believe that means you need to seek medical attention ASAP..
And throwing up blood has nothing to do with what color your skin is... GOOD LUCK
