1. Come clean with her and tell her that you did,
2. Buy one of those air freshners with a nice smell; citrus is nice, or

you need to air your car out by opening all the windows and doors - including the truck. the outside air will take it out. |

First of all, you shouldn't have smoked in the first place. You need to spray febreze in their, that's what my mom's boyfriend does, and put down the windows. |

air freshener like those tree things, leave windows down and drive for a little and keep the windows cracked while its parked in garage, maybe lighting a match, and some air spray which you can buy at most grocery stores ( walmart, walgreens, riteaid, etc...) |

no it will not, my mom let my uncle borrow our car when he came to visit us here, and he drove to las vegas, and he smoked while getting there, and it wouldn't go away, until we got a new car.
u have a tiny chance if its really light, but otherwise no it won't |

To a non-smoker with a good nose it will probably still be there. Put a bowl of white vinegar inside the car and roll up the windows. Let it sit overnight. That is supposed to get rid of the smell. |

ok, try to wipe your car down wit baby wipes, or Lysol wipes. And buy one of those air fresh cleaning systems things that have like "tropical bliss" or something. (a lot like air wick)

There is a product call "Odo-ban", or use an "ozone" based spray, they sell it at a lot of car-wash places, Febreeze work well too. All are pretty effective. |

Leave the wondows down - buy an air freshener and a spray freshener (make sure their the same scent) No time to go to the store - spray it with Lysol.. |

The #1 best thing is to leave your windows rolled down! Spray febreeze everywhere; seats, carpet, ceiling, everywere. Clean it out really good to get rid of any ashes that have fallen in the concel area. And lastley, get an air freshner if you want. Just take it out a few hours before you take her for a ride so the smell isnt' too strong! |

Just tell her you gave a ride to a friend and the friend was smoking because that is a tough smell to get out. And if she is like me and can't stand the smell, she will definitely notice it. |

leave the windows open.. get a spray bottle get water/vinagar and lemon juice squeezed into the bottle and spray inside your car. that should get rid of the smell. let that dry, then get a car freshner. works like a charm.

I'm sure it will be. I've smoked in my car for a couple weeks at a time, and was able to air it out fine for my parents.
What I do is spray air febreze inside the car, and drive around for awhile with the windows down. Make sure you don't have any butts or cigarette wrappers around in the car because that would be a dead giveaway too. After that, for bonus points get a little air freshener for around your rearview mirror, so if your mom wonders why your car smells like mango delight suddenly, you have that. Goodluck! |
