Limit you meals to small quantities, Don't eat spicy foods, avoid foods that are hard to digest,no acidic foods. here is a general list of no no.Onions cucumbers broccoli, corn,lettuce, tomatoes and tomatoe based foods, orange juice grapefruit, Do eat fish, chicken, turkey ,ground beef ,rice, Baked potato, Apple sauce, apple juice,Green beans,Know it's hard but bleeding ulcers and ulcers of the esophagus are life threatening, and can cause permanent damage resulting in the removal of stomach or intestines.

Try Pepsid or one of those other over-the-counter medications but you really should go to the doctors and get examined. He can give you a prescription for something. You may have to change your eating habits also. Take care of it because it can damage your esophagus.

First, see a doctor about it.

Eat small portions, use 2/3 pillows when you sleep, don't eat after 6PM. ask the doctor for the best antacids to use...don't make it worse.
