don't you think that seeing things clear is a very comfortable issue. you should wear glasses. otherwise, your short sighted will get 'deeper'. |

Well its damned if you do and a damned if you don't. You will strain your eyes if you don't wear the glasses, but your eyes will become totally dependant on the glasses if you wear them reularly. So it's really whichever way you prefer. Does the blurriness bother so much that you have to have the glasses or do the glasses bug you so much that you will put up with the blur. |

I would recommend it, especially if you are getting headaches from straining to see. It's very normal for your vision to decline slightly as you get older. I would go talk to your eye doctor and see what he recommends. Are contacts a possibility? If not, wear your glasses. I always felt self-conscious in my glasses. If you do to (and this is why you only wear them at school) maybe look into getting a pair of glasses that you like and feel comfortable with. Hope this helps! (= |

hey there! same situation here! what i do is that i wear my eyeglasses during classes and remove them when i don't need them. but then again, this results to a very piercing headache (like the one i'm feeling right now coz i'm not wearing my eyeglasses), since our eyes get strained just to get a clearer view. it's good to have the glasses around even when you're outside just in case.
and btw, no one really cares about eyeglasses nowadays.. it's normal. especially if you have cool frames!!! yeah!!! |

if i were you ill wear it every were i went there is nothing wrong with glasses and what your doing is childish and whoever finds wearing glasses funny just shows how mature they are |

if u feel comfortable doing that then do it but if you dont i dont think you should try but another answer is you can get contacts that will probably work best |

have you considered contacts? If you really are worried about glasses, maybe contacts are the best solution! Some chicks dig glasses though, so you never know. I think it's a win/win situation no matter what! |

I was in the same situation. Bring your glasses with you, that way if you HAVE to wear them, you can. |

You should only wear them if you can't see propablly (sp?). But if you feel comfortable wearing them, go ahead. It won't hurt to show off ur glasses. Good luck. |
