Is the damage to my contact significant?
On one of my contacts there is a little triangular cut on the outside edge... it looks like a little triangular piece was snipped out of it (its small but noticeable). Pretty much, the outside circular edge isnt smooth anymore because of this little damage. Should I use this contact anyway?

I am not an eye doctor, but I have worn contacts for more than ten years. I would definitely not wear a contact with a cut on the outside edge. Your eyes are valuable and irreplaceable. You might also call the eye doctor and ask him or her about what to do. :)

DON'T USE IT! The contact len can scratch your cornea.

This happens to me frequently...it will cause irritation of the eye...if you have disposables, it's time for a new one.

No! Dont use it. The edges of the triangle could cut your eye and leave damage to it. Just throw it out. I had this happen, didnt even notice the missing part of the contact, and my eye was sore for a few days. If you already have used it, just be sure to use eyedrops as much as possible. It shouldnt cause an infection, but scratches to you eye can cause problems.
