This has happened to me before.

As the other poster said - calm down first. Sometimes the lense can get stuck under your eyelid as well as at the sides or the bottom of the eye. Can you feel where the lense is when you blink? Try lifting your eyelid.

Your eyes are too dry and this prevents the lense from moving. Try an eye iontment like 'Refresh' to wet the eye.

If you can get someone else to help it would probably be easier for you to locate the lense.

I usually end up hunting around the eye with my finger but I wouldn't recommend it!

Hope you get it sorted!

If your opticians isn't open yet (don't know your location but here in the UK it is 10.32), then go to your nearest pharmacist.

If you can feel roughly where the lense is try coaxing it out with your finger. But you really need some moisture in there.

okay this is what i do when it happens to me : i close my eye for a little and with my finger i try to go from the top all the way to the bottom of my eye and after a while it comes down by itself. after you get it out i would recemend not to put any on for a day or two because it might hurt

i would try using a eye wash bath & moving your eye around in it as much as possiable. or go to your opticions but do one or the other asap

First off- calm down. This has happened to me for, and I just got someone else to get it out for me.

Contacts can move into the back of the eye if you accidently sleep in them, you need someone to help you- stand under the brightest light you have, open your eyes as wide as you can and look down, so the other person can look for it.

If you can't find it yourself, you need to go to the optometrist as soon as you can, it's very unsafe and may result in an infection.
