OMG! It's a freakin' blister, either pop it or tough it out.

Pop it and allow it to dry out and then let it heal.

thicker socks. Or better fitting boots.
I always get a half size larger in boots just so I can wear an extra pair of socks with them.

Your shoe or sock probably was rubbing on your foot the wrong way and caused a blister. Keep it dry and bandaged until it heals.

It sounds like athletes foot, try using tinactin or some other fungal ointment on your feet. Also powder your shoes.
bannantynegirl
go to the doctor in case it is fungal and contageous

first check out your nails and ensure that they are not rubbing against that spot. If so trim them straight across. This happens to me when I have neglected to trim my nails for awhile.
second - it may be simply from your sock rubbing against your toe in your shoe
third - failing the above 2 - it could be an ingrown toenail if it's right along side the nail or nail bed of your nail. If this is the case, you need medical attention.
4th - there's a possibility that you've developed an abscess from a small cut or hangnail. Keep it clean and bandaged, but not too tight. If it turns red at all, you will need medical attention for the infection.
Bored Enough To Be Here
Time will heal it, put a bandage on it only if you'll be walking a lot again, otherwise keep the foot bare at home to give it air. If it is a large blister, like 1/2 in or more in diameter, then use rubbing alcohol to sterilize the area and a needle, then pop it with one little hole (keep the skin otherwise intact) and gently press to drain it, then bandage it.
edit based on your new info: it won't hurt if you sterlize everything with rubbing alcohol and only pop a little needle hole, it hurts when you take off the skin, like rip a big hole and peel it. trust me, i am on my feet all day at work and get some MONSTER blisters.
