Just wat is a small piece ??? semen is liquid ,,at least where I come from ,,Contact with bodily fluides is not good ,,ep.ifected ones ,,blood or otherwise Does not mean u R infected but u r really buckin the odds of getting infected ,,Best to get urself checked ,, but remember n aids test could b wrong this early ,, may take as long as seven years to let u know bout wat u did his time ,, Keep getting tested ,, most diseases take a while to really take hold on the body ,, just pray u didn't get a BIG PIECE of thishiv,,

If you have open sores or just small cuts in your mouth then there is a possibility that you will get infected.

If you don't then no, you can't become infected, as there was no way for the HIV semen to enter your blood stream. Once it hits the stomach it would be killed but the acid in your stomach.

Will you get infected? Its not certain. Can it happen?? Yes.
To put things on perspective, unprotected oral sex, even if receiving semen in your mouth is less riskier than unprotected anal or vaginal sex. That being said oral sex its not SAFE, its just safeR.
By now I guess you learned the lesson that you always have to practice safer sex, that is, wear a condom. But if you swallowed infected semen its not like you inevitably contracted it.
In cases like this I guess the best advice is to consult with your HIV specialist and try to assess your risk with him/her.

i dont think so!! it takes 1 liter of saliva before you can acquire such thing. and when in the stomach, like any other, it is slowly digested meaning it is being mixed with lots of strong digestive enzymes such as hydrochloric acid. and as we all know semen is a delicate thing. a little change could kill them. example too much heat, exposure to external environment...

no, usually you are protected by the digestive tract. The digestive tract has a lot of protective organs that protect you from that. now, if there's an open sore in your mouth or on your mouth; that's a different story. I know it shocks you to discover that it's safer to unintentionally eat semen than to have a cold sore but the truth is it's easier for the virus to get in thru a canker sore or a cold sore than it is to get in thru the digestive tract. there are also many things in the digestive tract that protect us from food poisoning or any kind of toxins.
