Now's the time to attend to your arteries. Stay lean, don't smoke, Stay real light on sugar, eat meats only 2-3 times per week, make sure your blood pressure stays less than 120/80, AND check your cholesterol. The 'normal' cholesterol in the USA is ~200mg. And 1/2 of Americans are dying with clogged arteries, Heart, strokes, etc. It would seem that 200 is a LETHAL level. Keep your cholesterol below 120. If all in the USA had cholesterol less than 120, there would be almost NO heart attacks or strokes. If your family has hereditary high cholesterol and you can not get your cholesterol low there are meds that will do it. I could not get my cholesterol below 205. So for 3+ years I have been taking vytorin and my cholesterol stays between 106 and 125. Good luck. |

By COMPLETELY IGNORING the propgators of the anti cholesterol theory of CHD , which is completely unfounded nonsense used to make A LOT of money The greatest tragedy of perpetuating the cholesterol MYTH is that valuable attention and precieous research funds are DIVERTED from further research to the the REAL CAUSES of CHD Do NOT worry about cholesterol AT ALL. You should worry about the things that direct;y CAUSE coronary artery disease. These things are - having elevated blood sugar blood pressure, homocysteine , poor nitric oxide levels Have thedse things looked at. AVOID polyunsaturated vegetable oils like soy and canola like the plague, They INFLAME the arteries Coronary artery disease is a disease of INFLAMMATION. Avoid things that damage and inflame your arterial lining. Cholesterol does NOT. Stcik to healthy natural saturated fats, nutrient rich vegetables and fruits. Above all IGNORE the anti- cholesterol campaign It was started by Dr. Ancel Keys FRAUD http://www.fathead-movie.com Look into Dr.. Uffe Ravnskov , Dr. Malcolm Kendrick warning the public that the anti cholesterol theory is scientifically unfounded |
