That happen to me before, and I did feel dizzy with blood pressure under 110, but that is the new normal pressure. when I was in school it was 110 -120- and a little more, but the new normal is about where you are at so, if they tell your blood pressure is normal don't trip. however, I felt more comfortable, and stronger at least at 110/72. |

dizzy part not good. you should get checked out by a doctor and not rely on advise from unknown internet people. it could be cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, hypovolemia or dozens of other things some serious some not at all. the bp and dizziness might not even be related to each other. |

I'd get it checked out. That blood pressure is a little to low, the average is 120/80 and your pulse is a little high, the average is about 70-75 resting rate. If you feel dizzy, then you need to see a doc. |

Depends on your normal BP levels... 120/80 is about average, buit not necessarily YOUR average. It sounds to me like a low BP, and an elevated pulse, with dizziness- it alarms me, to some extent... What were you doing prior to this? Can you call your primary care physician? Could you be dehydrated? Injured? Any pain with it? Taken any meds? The info you gave is too vague or too general to make any appropriate assessment or judgement... Call your MD! |
