Nope, let's all remember that BMI is only one part of a health assessment and does not take into account muscle mass. Even the world health organization and most countries do not rely on it any more. It's very outdated, but can still be used and many companies use it to put fear in the mind of people.

So, no you are not overweight. Also, BMI is NOT to be used on people under the age of 18 and only on those who have STOPPED growing.

even with BMI, which is a lot of BS because there's so many things it doesn't take into account, you're not overweight. Based on your stats it seems like you have a small/petite frame. I wouldn't go too much by the lbs. a 32 and a size three are skinny.
