lol :P

Seriously though you need to sleep heaps - you grow during your sleep so I would go to bed early and get up at the same time.

Well, if you are still in the middle of puberty, you are still growing. Drink lots of milk because it can build strong bones besides helping you grow a little. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Stretch everyday!!

i say don't drink coffee or to much caffeine, it stunts your growth

You can't really get taller from my knowledge, but try ingesting a lot of protein. They are your building blocks, so it might have some affects.

Eggs, and Milk are both very good for you, and they give you protein + they help your bones. Peanut Butter also has a lot of protein in it.

Anyways, I am positive that you can't gain height, unless it's gained naturally which happens throughout the span of your lifetime, up until your about 21.

I'm 15, and I'm 6 foot 4 inches tall, but it comes from my Eastern European genes.

To be perfectly honest, there is no real way to grow tall, and any chemical or pill that says otherwise would be EXTREMLY DANGOUS for your health.

However, I do notice that when you eat salads and veggies, (any of them), your entire body ends up much more flexible, and in a way, stronger. But by no means do I mean meats BAD for you, I'm just suggesting more veggies.

Also, to instill some confidance in you, I'll tell you this little gem of mine. I take Karate, and when I spar against shorter people, they more then often win, or at least draw, because being small and agile is extremly unappreciated ammong you small people!!!!.

also, learn to walk straight, I know it sounds really stupid, but 1) Chicks love a guy who walks tall and strong.

2) Your back really feels better after a while.

3) It raises you by 1-3 inches depending on how you slouch.

Hi. I don't know if you want to go this far but the doctors have shots to make you grow. You have to pay obviously but it makes you very tall depending on how many shots you get. It also helps your buddy down there grow too=p. Don't drink milk that has injected hormones its been proven to be bad for you. Drink milk with natural hormones. Hope I helped=)

In 2 months i dout if you will get any noticeable results. But milk and a healthy diet will def help you grow. Don't do anything to stunt your growth for sure like smoke drink alcohol or do drugs (which you shouldn't do anyway) that will stunt your growth in the long run! Good luck but like I said don't wait for a miracle. You will not grow very much taller in 2 months!

science can't determine which sports make you taller there's no proof or scientific explaination, by eating well it means eating healthy (i.e. fruits, vegtables, drink milk etc.) watch the calories, daily and excerise daily.

There is one reason why your height is today, its genectics, if both your parents are tall you'll be tall, if your mother or father is tall you'll follow in their genectics.

Female:
If your mother is tall and your father is normal size chances are you'll be tall
If your father is tall and your mother is short chances are you'll be short

Male:
If your father is tall and your mother is normal size chances are you'll be tall
If your mother is tall and your father is short chances are you'll be short

There really isn't a way. Several myths about things making u shorter, but no way to get taller. Shoe lifts?

all you can do is eat your daily fruits, vegetables, meats, and drink milk
it helps somewhat to be an active person, like running or playing b-ball with a friend

drink milk...but NOT organic milk...regular milk has growth hormones in it since the cows get injected with them so they produce more milk almost all year round. so drinking milk therefore will help you grow taller and there are manyyyy nutrients.

eat lots of protein calcium and natural fats/gelatine (good for bones and joints)

Eating a well-balanced can help you get taller along with not smoking or taking drugs. I've never heard of sports helping, but it certainly can't hurt. Unfortunately, genetics play a big role as to how tall you will become. You'll have to look to your parents and their parents to get an idea as to how tall you might grow--if they're both short, then you probably will be too. But there are many guys that don't let their height get in the way, so it's not the end of the world if you're not 6 feet tall.

I don't know how true it is, but I heard that swimming can help in growing. Also vitamins and plenty of sunshine. I also heard that eating chicken (protein) everyday can't hurt. My son is very short for his age and that is the information he was given by a nurse friend of ours.

what they mean by eating well means a well balanced diet. not just junk food because that can stunt your growth.
