ohhh no u are not fat. u might feel like taht because u need to tone up. meaning u need to work ur muscles. just work ur muscles and ull be fine. dnt loose any more weight it will not be nice. i mean it might cause deficiency problems.

You are definitely not overweight. Check out sites on anorexia. And you are exercising way too much, muscle weighs more than fat, so your scale is not true to you. You are probably thinner than what you think. Ask your friends how they see you.

At 116 and 5'9" you cannot possibly be overweight. If you are exercising 2-5 hours a day, you are burning massive calories, so maybe you should cross-train with weights or pick up your cardio work-out depending on what you are trying to accomplish. The numbers are not as important as how you carry it. I could be more specific if I knew more about your regular routine. First decide what you are trying to get done and then you can modify your routine.

Your body is telling you a few things:

1) You're not eating enougjh
2) You're not supposed to weigh 110 pounds.

At 5'9, you are already underweight. You exercise a LOT and don't eat enough. At this point, I'm wagering that you have a borderline eating disorder.

Either you KNOW you aren't fat and are just seeking affirmation of being thin, OR you have a serious problem that needs to be addressed here.

You are not fat. Not anywhere NEAR it. You're actually considered underweight. You don't eat nearly enough, and are going to make yourself sick if you keep doing this. This is called anorexia. Get some help.
