It's either due to toothbrush abrasion. gingivitis. or using whitening tooth products.

I suggest buying sensitive teeth toothpaste. It works great and once your on it for a month, you won't even need to use if for another year or so.

It's possible that you have been brushing your teeth too hard and have caused a problem at your gum line. Try using a softer brush head and using a toothpaste which is specifically for sensitive teeth. Cola, or any soft drink, which is left on your teeth can corrode the enamel which will obviously cause problems. A visit to your dentist would confirm whether you have any cavities or problems with your gums.

Hope you get it sorted soon.

You may be consuming too much sour food lately. If you ate a pineapple or lime or lemon or plums that would do it. In some places, our tooth enamel is very thin. These places, when touched by acid, become sensitive for many days. If sensitivity is a problem you might want to avoid chewing on too many sour things.

These are not cavities. But ask your dentist to chek on the sensitive areas next time you visit. It is not cavities, but the enamel is thin there and it might develop into cavities.

well it could be the soda catching up to you. Since it has so much sugar it could cause even little cavaties that only the dentist can see. Also if you haven't gotten your teeth cleaned lately that could have something to do with it but i personally think its the soda and the sugar eating at your enamel you should try to drink less soda your best bet is to see a dentist because if you do have a cavaity dont let it get so bad where you have to have a root canal
