Dr. Technors mouth wash is the best for toothaches...but keep taking pain meds....take 800 mg of ibuprofen then in a few hours take acetomeniphen about two or three pills...don't eat anything, that makes it worse...try brushing it gently too! I feel for ya! I been there! Hope it helps!

I know that this might sound silly, but try making a paste of cayenne pepper and putting it at the site. My mother had a tooth ache a few weeks ago and it worked wonders until she could get in the see a dentist. God Bless

Ora-jel works wonders, no matter if you use infant or adult strength... Also, if you're desperate enough, take some dental floss and use it to move the tooth around (it won't be much, but it may relieve some pressure). I have impacted wisdom teeth that give the front teeth in my bottom row some trouble every so often, and sometimes just a good flossing will relieve a lot of the pain.

Put a couple of cloves in your mouth. When you go to sleep, place one under your tongue - it helped me when I had the same problem
