Well as it's meat it's going to be a good source of protein, and if it's well fed on all the fly's that are around at the moment then that's going to help it's nutritional content. In all honesty though its probably no more nutritious than a mcdonalds chicken nugget. Personally, I'd much rather have a steak ;-). |

It is less than Scottish spider, because they are less fed. but definitely more than dog flea and less than a cockroach.
