Express Anger in a Healthy Way

You want to express anger in a healthy and non violent way? Steps
- When you're angry, try this method: Grab something, a pillow, shoe, stuffed animal or anything else and thrash repeatedly it against something, e.g., a wall, a desk, couch, or whatever. This will let your energy out on anything.
- Exercise. Exercising will sweat out all the anger and rage in your mind and body. Try: running, walking on the treadmill, punching a a bag, boxkicking or anything that will get you sweating.
- Go somewhere and express your anger mentally. Act out by: throwing your arms in the air and swinging them around all over the place, scream into a pillow with all your might, hold yourself and squeeze your body tightly.
Tips
- Make sure you lock your door or it's somewhere private when you do number #2. You don't want anyone coming in on you and thinking you're crazy.
- Go to a counselor, anger management class or therapist if you cannot control your anger.

- If you hit anyone, spouse, child or anyone, you can go to prison.
