Properly Portion and Plan a Healthy Meal W/ Charts

Have you pulled your hair out deciding what to eat? Have you come up with a decision to eat a meal, to only find out it is disproportionate? With this Wiki-How article, I will show you the proper portioning and food to eat.

Steps
  1. 1. Get a plate that is the size that will match your body size, not literally; smaller people need the plate size to fit their body and bigger people need the plate size to fit their body.
  2. 2. Start with the protein, and put 25% on your plate. (sal)
  3. 3. Add vegetables, which should take up 50% of your plate(sal).
  4. 4.Add the carbs, fist sized/ 25% of plate.(sal)
  5. 5.Put the fruit in the same area of the carbs, but don't overload the area.(sal)
  6. 6.Finally add fats, lightly sprinkled over to represent the light amount, they can also be on the side, but use sparingly. Chart of Meal
